VI COMMANDO

L/Sgt. Harry Hare, formerly of the Loyals, served with No.3 Troop of No.6 Commando from at least May 1944. He was reported as wounded by a booby trap at the Bois de Bavent on 4^th August 1944.

H. Hare is also noted as having served in No.5 Troop of No.6 Commando.

Sgt. Hare is noted as being in charge of Sub-section “A” of No.3 Troop from, at least, January 1945.
